I've gone out only 3 times, and I'm a quick learner...but am I ready for Whistler Blackcomb yet?

  1. We just got back from Smuggler's Notch in VT and they are fabulous with beginners.  Patient and experienced instructors.  I hadn't been on skis in 10 years and they helped me tremendously.

  2. Go to Whistler-Blackcomb, take a set of lessons from one of their instructors that speak your language, many are multilingual and all are qualified to teach. Many runs at these resorts are gentle green runs that are well groomed and long enough for you to learn to ski, also take the mountain tour.  Enjoy.

  3. Every mountain has runs for beginners, intermediates, and above. Just look at the trail maps for those green circles or blue squares. You could go ski Whistler Blackcomb...but just not the whole mountain maybe.

If you haven't had lessons yet, get them. If you already have had lessons, get another set of lessons when you feel like you aren't really improving any more on your own.
