What's the best University for Film studies?

I'm going to college next year, and I'd like to know which is the best University for film studies (theoretical studies, technical, private schools even....) in Canada or USA? (preferably the closest to Quebec, Canada)

The best film school is USC -- nowhere near Quebec.  The second best is NYU -- which is a train ride away.
