What's the best airline to take? ?

I am traveling with a small child and would like to know of a kid friendly airline. Also I thought some airlines would offer discounts for a child occupied seat do they not do this or am I looking at the wrong airline. He's two years old, and needs his own seat with his car seat. No way would I think about holding him in my lap.

It depends on where you're going. Virgin America, JetBlue and Frontier are my favorites.
