What's the best and easiest college to transfer to in Florida?

I'm a sophomore at FIU, and I am planning on transferring to another university in Florida. Which is the best and easiest one to transfer to? FSU? UF? UCF? UM? USF? I'll probably end my sophomore year with a GPA of 2.8.

Best and easiest is a bit of a contradiction.  Ther better they are, the more people want to attend, so the harder it is to transfer.  But overall my favourite is NCF - New College Florida:
