i got the tom -tom and i like it really well ,it seems to be the most updated one available and for the price of it i think it was a really good deal,this was my first one ,and i don't know about any of the other ones,but i can say tom tom works really well,i just wish i has one for each vehicle i drive,i often forget to change this out when i drive something else,good luck,and merry x-mas.

I depends upon your preference really. Tom-Tom is ok but for the money I prefer Garmin units. Do you want one that can give vocal turn by turn directions or a cheaper unit that simply displays the directions on its map? The vocal units will cost much more money.
