What's the best banner ad service to put on my website?

I just want see if I can get a few bucks here an there by putting small unobtrusive banner ads at the top of my site. Any recommendations?

I use an advertising network called Money4banners.co.uk. You give them the urls to 3 web pages on your website and they check if it is suitable. Then they give you the codes for 3 banners and they will give you £10 a month for as long as you have the banners on your site. There are some terms and conditions to read through thou but £10 for 3 banners not bad eh?
