What's the best book to use in teaching conversational English to adult beginners?

I have a class of adult beginners in English and I have difficulty in finding the suitable book to teach conversational English. If it's possible, I need a book which is also equipped with multimedia (songs, dialogs, or short video clips).

Your best bet is to look over the books for conversation books at the Cambridge University Press website. Also look at the the titles at the Alta Books website (links below). I would recommend the Interchange series, but others may disagree.
