The term you need is Quad Skates.  That is the name used for the skates with a wheel at each corner.  

The skates with the wheels in one line are Inline Skates.

Rollerblade is a brand of inline skates.

In general, there is no single best brand of anything.  You have to decide what features are most important to you.  Speed, comfort, weight, manueverability?

I would go to local roller rinks and ask around.  The staff may have brands that they like and the skaters that do the types of things you want will have their preference.

Whatever you get, make sure it fits well all around your foot.  You want the skates to do exactly what your feet do.
