What's the best calling card in Canada to call Cuba with?

I tried CiCi and it gave me 4 minutes for $5.

Has anyone tried Sprint or another brand of calling card and gotten more minutes with Cuba from Canada (Ontario particularly if it matters)?

  1. Almost every calling card to Cuba is expensive, because the Cuban Govt has such a high tariff on calls from out-of-the-country!!!

    have you every considered using Skype???

    I live in Miami,Florida so I know from all my neighbors about this problem....
