What's the best camera to use for nature and macro???

I have no budget.

Preferably a DSLR.

  1. Then it really does not matter which camera you buy, but the lenses you choose.

    Nikon and Canon have the largest systems, 35 mm and DSLR as well as lenses.

    For macro the lenses in the 60 mm, 105 mm or 180 mm will be suitable, but only you can decide  which will suit your needs.

    For nature, since animals are usually best found at dusk or dawn fast, long lenses like the 400 mm VR f/2.8 and 600 mm VR f/4 will be the staple of your lenses.

  2. I have a Canon S5 IS and its great with the super-maco feature and the colour is amazing. Go on amazon and look it up and look at user submitted images. Enough said.
