I like Progressive.  Check out their site.  Its the only one with quotes from other car insurance companies.  The rates are almost always good, the customer service is great, the process to get insured is intuitive and fast.

I have Geico and my fiance has State Farm. His rates are a bit higher than mine, but I feel that his insurance agent gives him a bit more personalized service.
