What's the best carpet [steam]cleaner I can buy?

Well, I'm not sure if you can get them in Canada but I would think you could... but the Rug Doctor Mighty Pro is by far the best available home steam cleaner. If you have to get one shipped they are truly worth it. Here's a link to learn all about them...

It has much more suction than other home units and that makes a huge difference in how quicly it dries and how soon after cleaning it will get dirty again.

I would have to agree with Bert that the Rug Doctor would definitely be the best choice. You can get professional results and the machine is built to last. It is identical to the units that are available for rent in many retail establishments.

In my opinion, it is well worth the extra initial expense.^
