I agree with the answers above, plus Little Einsteins on the Disney Channel.  

My son is 2 1/2 and right now he like Dora, Diego, Backyardigans, Blues Clues, and Elmo's World.

When I was a teacher's assistant at a daycare center, the 3 year olds loved Dora the Explorer and Diego.

The Back-Yardigans, Blues Clues, Dora the Explorer, Barney, Sesame Street, The Wiggles, Looney Tunes Babies, and Diego. These are really cute ones for the little ones!

Out of a class of 13 daycare kids aged 2-7, this is what I found. (8 girls, 5 boys)

-2/13 of the kids like Dora the Explorer.

-5/13 of the kids like Diego.

-1/13 of the kids like Elmo.

-10/13 of the kids like Mulan.

The Backyardigans is good for using the immagination, and Veggie Tales is a great morals booster.  Dora the Explorer usually has a good message, and it works on language skills.  My 4 year old enjoys all three, but the Backyardigans is probably her favorite.

Wonder Pets

is fantastic. It's got operatic little songs, teaches nice values (it's about rescues and teamwork) and it's cute as all get-out.

My son loves them.

My daughter loves the WIGGLES, DORA, BACKYARDIGANS, just about anything on NOGGIN, NICK JR. and DISNEY.... At pre-school age, shouldn't be that hard to please....
