If you play on the right video poker machines, they are actually the best game in the house. I know several casinos that still have machines that have OVER a 100% return. That means if you play perfect strategy, in the long run you will MAKE money.

The next best game is craps. If you stick to the pass line or don't pass line with odds, craps has MUCH better odds than blackjack when using basic strategy. The only way to sway the odds in your favor at blackjack is by counting cards, and most people do not play basic strategy competently enough to get the best odds, let alone count cards.

Live poker is a great game, but don't listen to the people who tell you that you have the "best" chance of winning there. People seem to forget what the rake does to the odds at poker. If all players are of equal skill level, the rake becomes the house edge, and poker becomes a negative expectation game, NOT an even playing field. You must be of ABOVE AVERAGE skill to make money at poker, and trust me, a lot more people THINK they are good at poker than actually are. Most people lose money at poker, just like every other game in the casino.

I think blackjack is the best game for the sole reason that it is the only house game that you can turn the tables on the house and win money from, it also has the best odds even if you arnt an advantage player.

its also a game in which you make decisions and play, unlike roullette, the big 6, slot machines, craps, and probibly a lot of other games where you place a bet and see what happens, in blackjack you can decide the fate of your hand if you shoose to play on a  hunch or whim (which i dont recomend) but you can do it.

well live blackjack has the best odds where the house only has about a 2.5 percent advantage. Whats even better is Baccarat, its almost 50-50,thats why you pay juice if you bet the dealer. Video poker is probably the best machine if you play with correct payouts meaning bonus poker and the deuces wild type games are more advantage for the house.
