  1. I dunno, but Berlin is awesome.


  2. Really depends on what you mean by best.  Best for what kind of study?  

    Humboldt University in Berlin (29 nobel prize winners, great Math and philosophy faculties) , Tuebingen University in , well Tuebingen (south east Germany) (wonderful theology department), Stuttgart University(one of the best civil/ mechanical engineering schools) and Leipzig Univeristy (stellar science faculties and very globaly oriented) are all well established and respected Schools.
