  1. The best computer for memory (or RAM is what i think u mean) is the one that can fit the most lol. And there are even some CPU's that go to 9ghz. So i suggest you buy a HUGE case and get all the memory u need, just dont forget to buy other things like audio and video cards because might u need em.

  2. On today's date any system that's running on DDR2 with 667 or 800mhz FSB is good for a daily stuff like web browsing and Application suite like Office, Photoshop etc. It also works for basic gaming if you are planning for lanparty or a mid-range gaming PC. However if your planning for something like future ready system with extreme gaming and multimedia rendering capabilities than DDR3 is way to go with speeds starting from 1333mhz going upto 1600mhz they are blazing fast and wallet burning expensive. Some good brands would be OCZ, Corsair, Buffalo, G-skill, transcend, Kingston. The maximum amount of memory in a system depends on a lot of things like OS if its 64 bit max system can take is 8gb if its 32bit then its 4gb however it depends primerly on chipset your motherboard chipset should support 4gb or 8gb most of todays mobo's do that.

  3. dell com. with intel core 2

  4. A computer with a lot of memory is the best computer for memory.  I'm not really sure what you're asking, so I can't really go any further than that. You kind of answered your own question there.
