  1. The only things that really helped me was when my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.

    you need

    distilled water

    sea salt

liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.

in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.

add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.

using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.

Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.

The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don't get rid of them all.

Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.

Then do it once a week for maintenance.

There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.

I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.

    best wishes

  2. live in a plastic buble.  unless you are alergic to plastic

lol cleriten. it works and is cheap

  3. sniffing rubbing alcohol, it opens the closed arteries, and relief is almost instant.

  4. My son suffered from those starting age 5 and there was nothing that helped except putting him through immunotherapy.  For right now there are alternative products on the market that actually work.  The one I found to be best is Nutratose, but it is very expensive(I rather pay then take any drugs, so I bought it).  Another thing that helps is taking one teaspoon of pure bee honey daily.  However, if you get the headaches from a sinusinfection then you should see a doctor, because you could have chronic sinusitis.  Since this is usually a sign of allergies I would say that maybe you should get tested for allergies---because the body builds up mucus to prevent that allergens get into the nasal passage and the airways, and that often leads to an infection.  My son's doctor told me that if you leave a sinus infection untreated then you run a chance of getting meningitis......good luck

  5. Learn about the neti pot for cleaning out your sinus.

Meditation is also a good thing for helping you deal with the pain.

  6. find the all information on http://free.7host05.com/herbals/

  7. Clearing your sinuses

-with slightly salted boiled and cooled to room temperature water using a nettie pot (kind of Aladdin lamp in shape that you can by at the pharmacy)

-or putting your head over a bowl, cover your head with a towel to trap the vapours and inhale boiling water mixed with vicks or thym herb.

-You could also go for acupressure. Go once to a good acupressurist, see how he massages and where he presses and then you can do it yourself.

Massage and press with the tip of your fingers your head, forehead, between your eyes and eyebrows, around your eyes especially near your tear glands.

Start by applying soft pressure working towards harder and deeper pressure.

Never start your massage right at the "pain/achy spot" but work your way towards it.

Massage relaxes your head and liberates the mucus (or whatever you call it).

The point is to alleviate the pressure so massaging is the key and you do not need special knowledge to do this.

When I treat somebody for headache/migraine, the pain goes away AND the sinuses free themselves and the eyes and nose are running also. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Ask somebody to massage you if you do not have the courage to do it yourself.

    Hope this helps.
