  1. I find if I'm taking my vitamins then I am less likely to be tired throughout the day. Another thing that could be wearing you out is if you are not moving your bowels enough. I know it sounds crazy, but it can really affect your energy levels. So, make sure you're taking a GOOD multivitamin that is age appropriate. I buy mine at GNC. They have different ones depending on your age. And it doesn't hurt to take their Colon Cleanse. Mix it in some orange juice and chug it down at night before you go to bed. When you wake up, drink a 20 oz glass of water and wait to go to the bathroom. It will be great. I know I'll probably get a thumbs down on this, but it's really one of the leading causes of fatigue, bad breath, and excess gas.

"A diet of processed foods will create a caked colon, which neither will allow the absorption of substances the body needs, nor will it allow for proper elimination of toxins.  The caked, old fecal material combines with mucus which is secreted by the large intestine and forms a hard, tarry substance.  This material often becomes something the consistency of a rubber tire.  So the body becomes toxic and devoid of proper nutrition at the same time.  This downward spiral continues until death.  Fatigue, lack of energy, irritability, and frequent illness are just a few of the warning signs."

That's part of an article I have read on regaininghealthnaturally.com. It's a great website.

  4. Water (barring attention to the obvious: sleep, diet, lifestyle).  People are often dehydrated, even if they drink a lot. Water especially needs to be consumed in the morning hours. By the time thirst hits, you're dehydrated.
