What's the best deal on LCD TVs right now, if you're looking for small (about 22") and cheap (less than $500)?

I really just want a basic TV - not interested in HDTV or hooking up my computer, etc. And it would be nice if the picture is good, but I don't need to see the freckles on an athlete's nose or anything. Just a good, cheap TV that won't quickly break.
