I have searched the entire Internet but I haven't found any site which could advise me in recommending the diet that suits me best. My data is: height - 5'4" weight 141 lb. Everywhere I search I only find answers for girls of my age that are like 100 pounds or even lower. Could you recommend a good diet or at least some sites that would help me make my own personal diet? Because as far as I've searched, all those kind of sites haven't allowed me to register because I am under 18.Thanks and I am looking forward to receiving your answers.
