I've been working out, but I can't seem to burn off that extra fat I need to lose.

I'm looking to lose 15-20 pounds

What's the best diet pill for this? I've tried green tea pills, but they didn't do anything

  1. Diet pills are a load of c**p for money.

    The best way to lose weight is to do as your doing and exercise. Maybe cut your calorie intake if it's not budging?

    Another thing is, is cut the carbs! This wont help, plenty of fruit and balanced meals.

    And remember the most important meal of the day is breakfast, this is true as it gets your motalaism ready for the day and can digest ur bigger lunch later on.

  5. Eat lots of fresh fruit & veg, wholemeal flour & cereals instead of refined, and do 30 minutes or so brisk walking every day.

    Don't rely on pills.

    Are you trying to lose for health or appearance, btw? If it's the latter, think posture as well!

  6. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month.   8. Prescription Fastin is outstanding. I lost over 100 lbs with this pill. But remember pills don't really work they only trick your body. You can't live on a diet pill forever so when you stop taking them you gain all the weight back. After I stopped taking the diet pillI I have gained back all 100 lbs plus more within 1 1/2 years. Don't set yourself  up for failure!!  

  9. Please don't take any diet pills. Eat grapefruit every morning for breakfast and eat healthy all day and everyday. Continue with your workout.
