Unfortunately, there is no absolute correct answer for this other than the one that you can afford and has an instructor that is calm and relaxed with you.  Call around and find out which one has the best "package" for the best price.

i hired a teacher from the jerry moore school of driver education.  i REALLY liked learning from my instructor of that school.  plus, once i was done with each lesson, my instructor would buy me a piece of pizza and a coke or something.
