Hah well, there's not really a "good" type of energy drink for you.  I think that monster M-80's are amazing flavor and give some pretty good energy.  Two bucks isn't too bad of a price either :).

Try milk and green tea.

Two things

1.  NOS energy drink.  Red bull has 80 mg of caffine.  Coffee has 100.  NOS is just over 350mg.  Has very little of a "come down feeling"

2.  Check your local GNC or related stores.  You can get energy drinks there, but be carefull.  Very small dosage goes a long way.

But NOS is your very best choice.
