I want to work for a space or renewable energy company. It would have to a diverse degree, because if I couldn't land a job in of those fields I would still want to do something technical. Thanks.

  1. Mechanical Engineering

  2. No other go

    its MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

all the best for your bright future my dear!

    god bless you

  3. If you are worried about job finding, then go with one of the more general degrees (mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical) instead of something very specialized (aerospace, nuclear, petroleum, etc).

With a more general BS Eng degree, you can get your foot in the door at your dream job and then pursue a Masters in your specialized area.

But the absolute BEST one is up to you.  The best degree for you is one that you will find interesting and engaging.  There is nothing worse than studying stuff you have no interest in!

    Good luck.

ps-make sure the degree and school you pick are ABET Engineering accredited.  It will help a lot when it comes time to get your Professional Engineers license, should you choose that.

  4. your field of interest is a little difference, but in enegy level they are similar.

if you want top work on space engineering it will cover space engineering and energy conservation engineering may cover the renewal energy.

can u clear more abt your question?

  5. Take ME first, then take EE. It will only take the equiv of two years more.

  6. the highest paid and most sought after are Petroleum and Chemical Engineers.
