What's the best exercise to lose weight.. in the house, i currently do crunches but does anyone no any others? x

  1. RUNNING! AND TONNIG. The better you become at it the more weight you'll lose and you'll feel great due to its effects.


  2. Tai Bo!! It's cheap, just buy tapes, and it is extremely cheap!

Just as Bekki stated, Cardio is the most fundamental sort of exercise that you can do.  Whether it is running, kick boxing, or roller blading as long as you get your whole body involved using all your muscles that is the best way to lose weight.  Contrary to popular belief, you can't focus on one area and believe that you can loose fat in that one area....fat is lost overall, not by specific area.  

  4. Swimming-it uses all the muscles in your body.

  5. Cardio, cardio,cardio!  Try kickboxing - it's a great cardio workout, plus helps with toning!

  6. Running place for a long period of times at diffrent intensities.
