What's the best exercise that makes you get your stomach flat and gets your thighs thinner?

Well, i'm looking for an exercise that will get my stomach completely flat and I was wondering which one that would be and how long will it take for me to get full results and what exercise is good to slim down my thighs?

  2. Pilates! This form of exercise is great for getting flatter and leaner muscles all over. This is perfect for getting to die for legs, the exercises consist of motions that concentrating on elongating the muscles which is great for wanting a leaner mass.

  3. running,ab crunches and not eating alot of high fat foods should work well,

    if you keep at it,should see very good results after 3 weeks if you keep to it,but dont suddely start all that at once build it all up slowly,
