What's the best exercise to do to lose weight?

I had a baby 6 months ago and I'm still trying to lose the weight from the pregnancy. I don't have much time to do a lot of exercise so I want to find the best things to do in a about an hour a day. Please help. I'm tired of my weight and how i look and feel.

  1. A good brisk walk everyday pushing the baby stroller will do the trick. Start at 15 minutes and increase 5 minutes every few days. Increasing your speed will help greatly,too.

    You don't mention anything about your diet. Cut back on junk food. Way back. A healthy diet will make it easier to lose the weight.And keep it off.

  2. Aerobic (running, fast walking...take the baby out in the stroller!; dance, jumping rope, jazzercise; step classes) and weight training....hand weights to do some arm lifts, ankle weights for the legs, or resistance bands...
