What's the best eyeliner?

Yesterday I bought Rimmel London's soft kohl eyeliner in black, navy blue and lilac. It works really good. But it's the only one that I use, i haven't tried anything else. What do you think is the best eyeliner for someone who wants it to be smooth and stays on all day?

Look no further! I have used Revlon brand and Cover girl, but neither are nearly as semothe as Rimmel Londen's. I love it! It stays on all day compared to Cover girl and revlon. I have also used a few brands from target, but I LOVE Rimmel London's!

I absolutely love Max Factor's Masterpiece Glide and Define Liquid Eyeliner. It stays on for ages. The best thing about it is that it's like a felt tip, so you don't have the fiddle around and keep on dunking the brush in a pot. It takes some practice to perfect, but it's gorgeous!

At the moment you can get it for free when you buy Max Factor's Masterpiece MAX mascara, which is also awesome. So, for £8.99 you get a decent mascara and eyeliner. Well, that's in the UK!

Too Faced (available at Sephora) is really great. It goes on extremely smooth and stays on for a very long time. You might have to reapply once or twice but thats pretty much the same or all eyeliners. Good luck with that one! I use it and have no complaints. It comes in black and brown.

I have tried pretty much every eyeliner on the market and I always go back to Loreal Le Kohl Eye pencil. It stays on all day.

There are two different eyeliners I would definitely recommend

First Cover Girl's Line Exact (liquid liner) it's small easy to carry in your purse or pocket just shake it take the top off and line. great for using on your eye lids goes on smooth and lasts all day

Second one is a cream eyeliner by L'oreal HIP ( High Intensity Pigments) also goes on smooth just make sure yours comes with a brush I'm not one to buy expensive makeup but once in a while will splurge if I think it's worth it. cost about $12.00-$16.00 don't remember but between that price range

I really like Revlon Colorstay. It's cheap (less than 10 dollars) and it actually stays on. And finally, it's not like a liquid eyeliner or a gel one and it doesn't need sharpening since it's retractable.

It you want to splurge, I would recommend the Urban Decay eyeliner.

Avon has an amazing eyeliner to offer! So does H.I.P cream eyeliner it stays on all day and no smudging at all! also Urban decay has an amazing one as well, but it's $16 I don't know your price range.

Well i really like Maybalene Newyork products, they really work well, especially the mascara !! :) I use the Maybalene eyeliner and it works well for me, it stays on all day and i dont even have the water proof kind, so if you get the water proof kind it will stay on even longer. But in case you don't like Ny products, than go to the place where you get all your makeup, look at all the eyeliner and pick the one that is the most expensive. Usually the most expensive products work the best.

I will say Chanel. Can be quite expensive but has good value for money and is a brand recommended by many cosmetic and fashion professionals.

try other rimmel, miss sporty and gosh eye liners you can go for a whole range of colours, try putting a normal layer of black on then going under it on the outside of your eyes with a brighter colour like your lilac or navy blue!!
