What's the best f2p training spot in Runescape???

I'm a lvl 70 (combat) warrior with full rune and a rune scim. I have plenty of defense and food. I want to know what the best free to play training spot is that provides good drops, fast experience, and doesn't require a lot of food. I've tried the lvl 28 fleshies in the sos, but they're drops arent good enough. Thanks.

You could try Hill Giants, which are located in the Edgeville dungeon, however, they sometimes get quite crowded.

A second option would be lesser demons located in the volcano in Karamja, however, they might be too high of a level for you.

You can go to lesser demons in the kamarmaja volcano, moss giants in the sewer but is crowded so u can go to the crandor one, cockroach soldier in the S.O.P.S. , ice giants in ice caves by thrugo the dwarf.
