  1. running or lifting i do both

    you mean endorphins right?

    those are pretty sweet!


  2. actually to release toxins i would recommend rocking or vibrating.  start on the floor rocking your whole body with your heels.  rock your pelvis from side to side for a few minutes.  rock your sternum side to side for a few minutes.  learn to shimmy (like bellydance).  rocking releases things in your body.  

  3. vigorous stuff. but make sure you shower after

    sunlight does too. its a myth that sunlight is dangerous/cancerous (the possible 'wrinkles' are actually the toxins which wrinkle your skin if you dont get rid of them after exposure)

    besides, plants & other animals that spend the whole day in the sun never get cancer

  4. Working out, definitely.

  5. Any kind of aerobics and lots of water.  I prefer low impact aerobics such as an elliptical machine, but jogging, spinning, stairs, or treadmill will work as well.
