What's the best heat resistant arts/crafts paint?

I have a ceramic oil warmer/light that uses a 25 watt bulb and want to paint a custom design on it. I have acrylic craft paint but am worried about it''s long term heat resistance. Can anyone recommend the best type of paint to use for this type of project. I will be displaying the finished product in a business and want to make sure it doesn't crack or bubble over time due to the heat exposure...

  1. Some Krylon paints  are very heat resistant.

  2. I'm not exactly sure what an oil warmer/light is, but acrylic paints are quite heat resistant at lower temps... and a 25 watt bulb wouldn't make much heat at all.  I know that acrylic paints (and sealers) can be intentionally baked at 250 degrees F for at least 15 min with no damage, and I assume the heat generated by your warmer would be much less.

As for cracking, acrylic paints are basically vinyl and will stretch a bit after drying so should take any expansion well, I'd assume.
