What's the best high street fashion and beauty on the market now?

I want one that is more to do with beauty and fashion than celebrities. Not like Vogue b/c I want to see things that I can actually afford and not like heat because i don't really want to know everything about celebrities. is there a magazine like that for under £5($9.81 american dollars)?

Teen Vogue is very fashion-centric, and the clothing it features is relatively inexpensive. (The most expensive is maybe one step up from the Gap. I think H&M might get a shout-out, too)

I'm not sure if there's a British version of that, though the American edition is so cheap ($2.50) that even imported it might come in at under 5 pounds.

Teen magazines tend to assume that their readers won't spend as much on clothing, so if you want trends at a price you can afford, that's your best bet.
