What's the best inner thigh exercise to prepare for snowboarding?

I always get sore in the inner part of my thighs within a hour or two, and I have about a month before our trip to Snowshow for two days of boarding.

  1. Take your hand and pull your top sole of your foot and pull it toward your back up near the hip and leave it there for 15 seconds and about 5 times and another is to do a wall sit which gets your thighs in awesome shape for the season and biking is  probably the best for that. Keep Riding


  2. work out its the best thing to do...if you are stronger you will last longer
