What's the best kind of bird to eat?

I'm preparing a meal tomorrow and I need some ideas on what to serve.

I have to disagree with the first 2 answers, as duck is rather fatty, and tough.  I could go with Cornish hens.  The meat is tender, and it cooks very easily.

I looooooooooove duck. It is like chicken, but classier and JUICIER.
