  1. Ninja 250r, i started on a gsxr 750 just a month ago and its probably dumbest decision i have made in a while...

    Good luck, wear a helmet!

  2. Sabrina, if it is for the road and for you I would suggest something light and non radical like a 250 xl Honda. For trails and riding around the house without a licence I would suggest a 200 xr honda. I have owned and raced Hondas and although I have had most of the other kinds also in the past 30 years, Hondas are the most dependable and will take a lot of punishment. Basically it mostly depends on your height and weight. You want to be able to touch the ground flat footed if possible.

  3. Girls need to start off small, scooters, maybe a 125cc.

    Build your balance and strength.

If you start off with a sport bike, you are handicapping yourself

  4. one of those mini motorcycles from tag along toys

or the plastic 5 inches one from toddler toys.

  5. A cruiser type bike in the 400 to 600cc range would be good. They are easy to handle and you won't outgrow it too fast, maybe never.

The Honda Shadow VLX is a great 600cc bike.

  6. There're some bikes like a 200 cc Honda ( no advertising now) Shadow. Easy to drive, looks like a ladykiller, or a killed lady. But you'l learn how to drive bigger bikes. Not more than 27 horsepowers for a beginner. A 200 cc,or 250cc is the perfect bike for a beginner.
