I would say a skirt that is knee-length or below the knee, not too tight, probably an a-line or pleated skirt would be nice.

Try different ones on in front of a mirror and see if it's possible to sit down in one in such a way that nothing revealing your true s*x is visible. Take note of bending over, too. I'd also steer away from mini-skirts.
