What's the best lightweight, comfortable, durable bike for street riding? Haro, Eastern, GT, or Redline?

Strictly 20'' bikes under $300. I don't do any sort of tricks and never ride on ramps, so I have no use for a heavy bike or a gyro.

Is there any  particular reason you want to stay with a 20" bike?

There are a lot better bikes for street riding you know.
