What's the best make up brand?

biotherm for foundation and concealer, shiseido for bronzer and liquid eyeliner, MAC for their brushes, physicians formula for eye shadow, maybelline for mascara! they are georgeous!

There really isnt a "best brand" i like to pick and choose from different brands and see what really works. My favorites are Origins, Stila, and Neutrogena. Covergirl has some good things, as well as almay too.

I would most definately say that MAC is the best make up brand. Everything is quality and goes on great and looks bold and beautiful no matter what look your going for.

For the less expensive stuff id say Rimmel ..the eyeliners especially are definately worth it and there only arouund  7 dollars canadian.

A toner is a product that is used after cleansing your skin that returns your skin to the proper pH balance (level of acid in your skin). When you wash your face, it strips your skin of needed acids. These acids are needed to fight off different types of bacteria. Toner can be either a liquid or a lotion. Some people swear by it, others bypass this step in skincare.
