my best and most affordable caribbean experience would be go to BeeWees restaurant down the road and order jerk chicken with beans and rice ... it's warm at any time of the year

The beaches of Northern Honduras and the Bay Islands are beautiful and very affordable compared to Jamaica, Belize or the other well known spots.  If you are planning a trip to anywhere in the Caribbean in January you need to get your hotel booking done soon.
