Yes you need a Mouthpiece you ignorant *****.  Wanna get roundhoused to the face? or punched,or kneed or elbowed? 2 pieces of chewing gum what a ******** Joke. Go to a ***** sporting goods,or Sport Authority. There Legit Combat gear is Nice.

Shock Doctor make good mouth guards.

I prefer to have both top and bottom teeth in the guard but not all mouth types can accept that type of guard. I tried using two seperate single guards once but it felt really weird.

well I know that you just don't to a wal-mart and pick one up..I think your suppose to go get a custom piece that is shaped the way your teeth are.

You dont need a mouthpiece really.  Just chew 2 pieces of gum whilst you grapple and kick.
