The Milagro War - Rubén Blades, Richard Bradford, Sonia Braga - Produced by Robert Redford - I watched 6 times.

An Unfinished Life - Robert Redford, Morgan Freeman & Jenifer Lopez.

  2. I think your family has good taste.  I don't have one favorite.  There are too many that I have loved over the decades and watch again and again. Comedy, drama, adventure,  fantasy, mystery, science fiction, biographical, silent films, foreign films and romance films each have a place on my long list.

  3. I can agree with all those and: Out of Africa and The English Patient.

  4. I'm with your mom.  Casablanca isn't my favorite but i do think it's the best.

  5. My personal favorites would be Goodfellas or the Star Wars series. Publicly, Citizen Kane is the #1 favorite but most people from the younger generations probably would disagree.

  6. I like To Kill A Mockingbird.

  7. Pulp Fiction

  8. The Godfather

  9. I am sure this is not the best movie ever made by consensus but Second Hand Lion is a movie I enjoy a lot and will watch again.

  10. I have a list - but it changes.

  13. If you're looking for the most universally praised movie, it would probably be "Citizen Kane".  The most popular #1 movies on IMDB are generally "The Shawshank Redemption" and "The Godfather".  The ones that won the most Oscars are "Titanic", "Ben-Hur" and "The Return of the King".  Highest grossing are "Star Wars", "Titanic", "The Dark Knight", and "E.T."

  14. Seven Samurai, no contest.

    *Edit*

Don't Believe The Hype: The Magnificent Seven is a remake of Seven Samurai. Watch the original and blow your fragile little mind.
