What's the best over the counter sinus medication that will clear sinuses and help you breath better

Echinacea is a herb which is excellent for expelling excess mucus. I take it regularly to relieve pressure in the sinuses particularly if I have been working in a dusty environment or if I have a cold coming.

Sinutab works best for me....but everyone is different, so give one a try and if it doesn't work, try another one.
