What's the best pair of mountaineering skis I can get?

And boots to go with them. I'm totally into telemark skiing since last weekend and I want to purchase top, top quality skis that'll take me on expeditions across the winter Sierra from West to East. The instructor said I was a natural turner so I took that as a sign and chucked my snowshoes out the window on the way home.
