What's the best phone plan for cheap international text?

At the moment I am with vodafone, would prefer to stay with them but open to other plans. Thanks

Look you can get cards that you call from that are very cheap. Trust me. don't call from any sim network, they are all very expensive. Type in cheap international calls on to google. My mum uses the numbers all the time, they are very reliable.
