  1. dephenhydramine aka benadryl.. ive tried alot of prescriptions but i still think benadryl is the best..  


  2. There are three new medications that you need a prescription for, but they work and are not habit forming.  They are Ambien CR, Lunesta, and Rozerem.

    A lot of people swear by the vitamin Melatonin with warm milk.  Try that first.  Right now, have some warm milk. You might be surprised!
