What's the best place to set up a free blog?

I'm new to blogging and I want one that is free, looks nice and has good features. Any suggestions?

  2. The best blog is a Wordpress blog, the features are endless and there are many free templates to choose from. You can also create your own custom templates online with a generator.

    If you choose Wordpress I am able to host it for you and set it up for free plus the benefits are free support from me :)) let me know..
