What's the best place to take guitar lessons in Houston, Texas?

I'm fourteen years old and don't have any experience with guitars. However I've played the violin before and already have my own guitar. I am look for a teacher who I can bond with but isn't way too friendly. The shop or studio must be close to my house or school, I live in The Memorial Villages (Bunker Hill, Piney Point, Spring Branch/Valley, Hedwig Village). I'm looking for quality teaching that won't cost too much. Any references or suggestions?
