What's the best prize you have ever won?

I once won an Easter egg and a football signed by Middlesbrough Football Club in the same raffle (this was a good few years ago!), and another time won a big Easter egg in a raffle... so nothing too exciting! Can't think of anything else right now. I'm not terribly lucky!

My Mum once said that if she won £750 on the Irish lottery that evening, she'd buy a washing machine. She won, and bought me a bike (and other things too - no washing machine!) instead! I'd had my bike stolen a few months beforehand, so it was nice to get a new one! :) That's never happened since (she's always saying 'If I win £1,000,000 I'll...' but it doesn't work!).

I was working in Kampala, Uganda and was invited to a wedding where we took part in a free lottery. I won the first prize of a two week trip to India.

I won a 32" wide screen flat TV set.

I just walked into a store to buy a maker pen to

replace the one that got ruined.

After, I paid the 88 cents for it the clerk gave me

a small entry form to fill out.

So I did.

Next day I got a phone call saying your name

was drawn and you won a flat screen TV set.

I picked it up.

It is still sitting in the garage because I have

no place to put it yet.

i won the lottery on my 18th birthday, five grand! was the best birthday ever, i went out a couple of weeks later, ordered 500 tee shirts from american apparel, went to a screen priters and got my design printed onto all of them, enden up selling every teeshirt and for 15 quid each, now i have my own company :) and a shop in manchester

I won a holiday in Hawaii about 20 years ago, but I've been doing competitions ever since & can't win anything better than the odd tea-towel.

I've never won anything really great, in fact  'if it was raining soup, I'd be there with a fork',  I'm so unlucky...

the ONLY thing I did win was a tin of chocolate drops for dogs, which was good, except I didn't own a dog, I was 8 years old at the time, so I secretly ate the drops, and made myself totally ill for a week, and got a telling off from my mum, for poisoning myself.

I won a S****y 10p bar of chocolate and a can of fanta in a dance competition when i was 8. I guess that makes me lucky then...

I for a while was very bored with blackjack (and i still am) so for a period of time i thought it would be beneficial to my mental health if i took breaks inbetween long hours of playing blackjack by goign to see strippers.  The bet payed off and i won the freindship of a lovely dancer named jane. Weve only been seeing eachother for a few weks but who knows where it will go.  Anywho best thing thats ever happend while gambling, even though i didnt directly bet on her.

If its a money only question the answer for me is... Split, split, double down, doubel down +1000$ on one hand

When I was eight or nine I won a modeling thing and was put in Wal-mart stores nationwide as a clothes model.  YAY!!!!
