You are asking how to steal Photoshop...not legal and not allowed on this board (see community guidelines) If you can not afford Photoshop try Gimp, which is free or purchase Adobe Elements which is about $80 and is quite good. But to want the "best" and want it "free" is just plain theft!

yes, adobe photoshop is the best program. there are many versions of it, and the latest one is adobe photoshop CS3. i'm currently still on CS.

you HAVE to buy it to get it, that's of course. download.com has a free 30-day trial of adobe photoshop, but that's only a short-term thing. for a free alternative (albeit not as good), use GIMP. google all these.

what do you mean by 'codes and things'? if you're talking about tutorials, there are plenty online. the best way to discover photoshop is to explore and make a mess first. have fun!

Yep photoshop is the best, hense it's become a household name ("I'm gonna photoshop this picture"). But unfortunately you have to pay for it, and even more unfortunately it has a h**l of a price tag.
