What's the best "real estate for beginners" book?

None, they are all just kindling.   You do need the Nolo book for landlords though, it is worth its weight in gold.

.   A book written in 1951 "How I Sold $1 Million in Real Estate".  The guy's most expensive listing was $20,000 .   Everything he talks about is true today.

Also Gael Himmah's book  "Listing Magic" or "Listing Master" which changed my life as a realty agent.

The one that tells us if the real estate broker gets the seller the top dollar or if the real estate broker gets the buyer the best bargain.  Haven't seen that book either.
